Every piece of jewellery on this site has been personally handmade in my rural workshop located nearby the beautiful city of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK

Using a combination of Sterling Silver, Pure Silver, Semi Precious Gemstones and uniquely made Lampwork Beads, all the pieces you will find here are individually designed and carefully made. They are all one of a kind and particularly suitable as gifts for a special birthday, wedding or christmas present - or simply as a gift to yourself!

Handmade Silver Jewellery, incorporating lampwork beads, is a particularly pleasing combination and offers me boundless opportunities to experiment with form and shape, colour, texture, weight, luminescence and combinations of opacity and transparency. The addition of subtle mixtures of semi precious gemstones brings about jewellery of a delightful miscellany.

When you wear a piece of jewellery from Lampwork Silver Jewellery you will not pass by unremarked. Good examples are the 'Tiger Stripe' necklace at the top of this page and the 'Snow Queen' necklace on the right. Both are my own original designs and you will find them in the necklace gallery. Unlikely that you will fail to attract attention wearing the 'Snow Queen' along with a white and silver, or perhaps, scarlet outfit.

I have been working with glass and silver in different forms since 1989 and in recent years have discovered the pleasures associated with manipulating glass in a roaring flame. The intense heat of an oxygen and propane torch allows glass to be softened and flow which can then be used to produce the striking varieties and depths of colour and texture you will find here. In the process of bead making, the glass can be combined in various ways with enamels, mica powders and precious metal leaf and wires giving almost endless possibilities of form and design.
