Ordering of the piece you want is very simple and quick. I have incorporated the Paypal 'add to cart' system - you will see the buttons underneath every piece. When you have ordered and are ready to pay just click on any button marked 'view cart' (in the left hand side navigation frame) and you will be taken to the secure payment page. On this page you will see the items you have chosen to buy and you can confirm that it is correct.

Payment can be by credit card, or cheque, or through your Paypal account if you have one. Simply follow the steps outlined on the payment pages and complete the necessary details. I will be notified of your order and payment immediately and will process your order, to dispatch, usually within 24 hours. I will then contact you by email and let you know the piece is on the way. Should you wish to pay by cheque please telephone or email me first. I will notify you when it arrives and when it clears.

Post and Packing to UK addresses is absolutely free. Necklaces and bracelets will be packaged in a soft-lined presentation box and posted, recorded delivery, first class mail to your address. Earrings and beads will be packaged in tissue, grip seal bag and padded envelope. In normal circumstances orders should arrive within 48 hours of ordering. For overseas orders, please contact me before ordering for the exact amount of p&p and insurance options.

Returns Policy - I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and, if for any reason you are not, I will accept a return within 14 days and give a full refund. All I would ask is that you return the piece, at your cost, with all the packaging it came in, and in the condition in which it arrived. I would also ask that you send the piece back recorded delivery, first class mail to ensure the return. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt of the piece being returned. In the unlikely event of a piece being faulty or damaged when you receive it I will, in addition, refund your postage costs and offer to repair or replace the piece at no cost.
